• We offer Extend Shipping Protection, you must submit those claims yourself though. If you need to file a claim, please visit the Extend Customer Claims Portal or call the toll-free number at (877) 248-7707 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. If you have any additional questions about Shipping Protection, please visit the Extend Shopper’s Guide.  Extend will refund you for a lost item once you make the claim and it is submitted by you.  They will not allow us to make or submit a claim for you.

Please note: All shipping orders will be subject to a credit card verification. Your correct email address is needed to complete this process.
