Shipping Policy

  • All orders are subject to a credit card verification process which may delay the delivery time. No order will be shipped without verification. Please provide your correct email address. 
  • "Overnight Shipping" pertains to products arriving at the dealership from our local warehouse. We do not offer overnight shipping to customers.
  • We offer Extend Shipping Protection, you must submit those claims yourself though. If you need to file a claim, please visit the Extend Customer Claims Portal or call the toll-free number at (877) 248-7707 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. If you have any additional questions about Shipping Protection, please visit the Extend Shopper’s Guide.  Extend will refund you for a lost item once you make the claim and it is submitted by you.  They will not allow us to make or submit a claim for you.
  • Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next dealership business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from Nissan North America, it may takes 5-7 business days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. 
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 3-5 days.
  • We do not offer Overnight Shipping.
  • Oversized parts are not available for shipping. Please check the Product Information prior to ordering.
  • We cannot guarantee any transit delivery times. 
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or is discontinued, we will notify you and cancel the order with no charge to you.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
