If your order is eligible for a return please read all restrictions below:
Any part NOT installed at a certified Infiniti dealership with proof of installation will NOT be covered under any warranty.
ALL SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE!
We offer Extend Shipping Protection, you must submit those claims yourself though. If you need to file a claim, please visit the Extend Customer Claims Portal or call the toll-free number at (877) 248-7707 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. If you have any additional questions about Shipping Protection, please visit the Extend Shopper’s Guide. Extend will refund you for a lost item once you make the claim and it is submitted by you. They will not allow us to make or submit a claim for you.
A copy of the invoice must be included with any return.
Any returned part must be in the original unopened packaging.
We will not take back used parts.
We will not take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical or parts with electrical components are not returnable.
Any return requests must be done within 10 days of receipt of purchase.
There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returnable parts.
We strongly recommend you supply the Vin# for correct fitment or call the dealership directly to confirm fitment.
We will NOT take back any part that was ordered without a Vin#.
Do not rely on the website for correct fitment, call for the correct part numbers.
We reserve the right to refuse any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
Cancellation Policy
Any order or a portion of any order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer it is not refundable.
There will be a 25 % restocking fee on all refundable parts.
